After being forced out of his job, London executive Paul Kerr (Alex Humes) is left doubting his future until he runs into John (Mark Arnold), a friendly American who seems to have all the answers. They both agree that life isn’t fair and John comes up with a radical plan to turn Paul’s life around. But when a young banker (Valmike Rampersad) is found murdered, Paul begins to question what John really wants.

An Irish soldier regains consciousness having managed to escape from his trench as it was being bombarded by German artillery. Wounded and disoriented by a heavy fog he stumbles further into No Mans Land. Believing he has wandered into enemy territory and noticing the advancing Friedrich, a young German solider, The two men take refuge in a large crater waiting for the fog to clear. The two men face a dilemma when they discover they are surrounded by soldiers from both sides.
