YOUR HEALTH IS PRIORITY

The Melbourne Indie Film Festival is passionate about bringing the community together, connecting and inspiring people.

There are lots of concerns everywhere about Coronavirus and public spaces causing major public events being cancelled.

The health and safety of our participants and patrons is the most important thing for us.

For now, the festival will go on as planned and we are monitoring advice from health authorities.

If there are any changes in our planned events, we will notify all of you via email and update across our social media channels.

WORKING WITH OUR TEAM AND VENUE

Hygiene is one of the important factors in stopping the spread of Coronavirus and any other viruses.

We are working with our venue The Post St Kilda, which management and staff are committed to ensuring that the health and safety of all costumers and fellow colleagues are not compromised in any way. Extra measures are put into place to increase hygiene, including extra cleaning and the placement of hand sanitizers throughout the venue.

We are working closely with our team to make sure they are following strong hygiene protocols and to not attend the festival if they are unwell for any reason.

GOOD HYGIENE IS A MUST FOR ALL OF US

We are asking all participants and visitors to the Melbourne Indie to be vigilant about personal hygiene and their health.

This includes regular hand washing, using sanitizer and limiting contact.

FOCUS ON HEALTH

We strongly urge everybody to stay healthy and focus on the words HEALTH and LIFE more than anything, while doing everything in your power to remain strong in your heart and spirit, to have faith in the human power to overcome all challenges that we face, while following all guidelines for great health for you and your loved ones.

THANK YOU

Thank you for your continuous support during these challenging times.

We’re looking forward to welcoming all of you in great health to the Melbourne Indie Film Festival 2020 Events to celebrate life and the power of storytelling!

Thank you for being part of this amazing journey!
